Inorder to play our heart-pounding free roam VR games here atZero Latency Abu Dhabi, all players must agree to our terms and conditions. Inaddition, all of our guests must sign a waiver prior to starting a session.
After booking your appointment, it’s encouraged to use our online form (seen below) to give consent and sign the waiver. While this can be done in-person, taking care of this online is just one less step to worry about.
*Please note that every player on your team must agree to our terms and conditions and sign a waiver. If you’re in charge of booking asession, please encourage everyone in your party to use the form below prior to your appointment. When you check-in for your booking, we will confirm that everyone in your group has completed this important step.
If you cancel your session, Zero Latency Abu Dhabi is unable to issue a refund. We typically only process refunds if a player has a medical condition that makes them unable to play. However, we can apply a credit to your account.
If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We will do our best to make it right.
If you would like to cancel your roam-free VR experience, you have up to two weeks prior to your session to process the request. Bookings are only to be cancelled at the discretion of Zero Latency Abu Dhabi. If a cancellation is granted, the price of your tickets will be credited to your Zero Latency account.
*Please note that we do not process any cancellations on game day; the price of your session will be forfeited if you’re unable to attend. If any issues arise leading up to your session date, please contact us for assistance.
As our free roam VR games are scheduled back-to-back, it is essential that you arrive on time. It’s encouraged for players to arrive 15minutes prior to their session. This allows your team to check-in, learn the rules, and suit up.
If someone on your team arrives after the suit-up process, they won’t be able to join the session. Zero Latency Abu Dhabi will not process any refunds or credits if any members of your team arrive after the game has started.
In order to create the best free roam VR experience on the planet, we have certain policies to keep everyone safe. Zero Latency will nevertolerate pushing, shoving, or rough play of any kind. Please visit our Safety page for more details about our safety policies.
Zero Latency Abu Dhabi encourages players to never leave their children unattended in our facility. Our staff members aren’t responsible for the safety and care of your children.
If no one is able to watch your kids while you play, you won’t be able to join the session, and we will not grant a refund or credit.
Zero Latency Abu Dhabi is not responsible for any items which enter our free roam VR facility. This includes anything left inside our lockers. All players assume all risks of theft, damage, loss, or other issues that may happen to your belongings. To prevent any problems with security, we encourage players to leave their items in their car, at home, or with a friend.

Safety
While we want all players to have a free roam VR experience they’ll never forget, safety is always a major concern. And since players are constantly moving around trying to shoot zombies or escape a spaceship, injuries can happen. However, Zero Latency takes certain precautions to ensure everyone has a safe and exhilarating experience.
When you sign up to play any of our free roam VR games, you agree to comply with all laws, regulations, religion, and culture which pertain to Abu Dhabi.
To create a safe experience, all players must abide by the following rules:
No shoving, pushing, or fighting , No use of profanity , No use of alcohol or any drugs
In addition, if a player appears to be under the influence of prohibited substances or alcohol, they also won’t be allowed to participate.
Please be aware that Zero Latency has controllers which look very similar to a real-life weapon. These are only used for VR technology and don’t work anything like a real gun. If you’re unsure about using one of these controllers, please talk to one of our team members prior to starting a session.
The content you see in these virtual reality worlds can appear incredibly lifelike. As we have immersive multiplayer games, you’ll be placed in a wide variety of environments. Please understand that anything you experience in these free roam VR games is not real. You may come across graphic content such as the simulated shooting of creatures, robots, zombies, aliens, buildings, and other elements. While all of this can feel very real, especially for your first time, we can assure you it’s all behind a screen, and you’re completely safe.
Unfortunately, individuals are unable to play at Zero Latency if they have any of the following medical conditions:
- Epilepsy or another seizure disorder
- Severe vision impairment
- Deaf or severe hearing loss
- Broken leg, arm, or any other significant limb issue
- A condition requiring the use of a wheelchair
Our free roam VR experience isn’t recommended for those who:
- Have a heart condition
- Are extremely pregnant
- Have vision in only one eye
* Please note that all players must have the ability to walk around unassisted for up to one hour. Also, they must be fully capable of using both hands and wear a lightweight backpack.
If you’re unable to play for any of the reasons listed above, Zero Latency Abu Dhabi would be happy to give you a full refund.
